Shipping & Returns

  • Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders will ship in 1-3 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order ships.
  • We provide FREE SHIPPING on orders $99 and over. Standard shipping is through USPS and does not include insurance. Your package should arrive in 6-9 business days. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. We can ship via Priority Mail for an upgrade fee of $4.95. Shipping on orders under $98.99 is $5 for standard shipping or $7.95 for Priority Mail. Note, Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100.
  • Please double check the information you provide to us! We are not responsible for any misinformation provided. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address mistake on your part, it will be your responsibility to cover additional shipping costs.

Return Policy:

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If anything is wrong, please contact us right away. We must be aware of and okay your issue before receiving your return.

Note, colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting and monitor differences. This does not qualify as a defect.

Regular items can be returned for store credit only and must be received within 14 days from receipt of product.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must still be attached. Items must be in the same condition they were received in. We can not accept clothing back with makeup stains, animal hair or smells such as cigarette smoke. If these rules are not followed, refunds may not be issued.

Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please place shoe box inside of a shipping box, do not affix labels directly to shoe box.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If a refund can not be issued, we can return the item to you for a reshipping fee. Otherwise, the item will be donated.

Due to limited inventory, we may not be able to offer an exchange for a different size. We will do our best though so check with us right away to see if we have the size you're looking for still in stock and we'll hold it and await your return.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ALL SALES FINAL ON THESE ITEMS (unless we accidentally send you defective merchandise).

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to an address mistake on your part. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY TO US! If we receive a package back as undeliverable, reshipping fees will be your responsibility.

Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card emailed to you.

If you place an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately! We try to provide fast shipping so once your order is processed we can no longer make changes.
